CANCELLATION POLICY
Life happens, but my time and chair are limited. I require a credit card on file for all appointments. A notice of no less than 48 hours is required to cancel, reschedule, or downsize (changing from 3 hour color to 1 hour cut for example) so I can offer this time to another fan. Cancelling late, blowing me off, and last minute changes may be charged up to 75% of the reserved service total, and repeated appointment ghosting means I won't be able to save a seat for you in the future. If you're running late, please call or text; I will do my best to accommodate. Arriving 15 minutes or more past your start time may need to be adjusted or rescheduled with fees applied.
