Cancellation Policy
I understand how life ebbs and flows. I also have the best clients! Sometimes schedules just don’t work out. I ask that if you need to cancel or reschedule to please give 24 hours notice for haircut appointments and 36 hours for all other appointments to allow me to fill your vacancy. If you will be more than 15 minutes late, please text me. In order to accommodate you, we may have to alter your appointment, but I promise to do my best to work with you. But if you blow me off and no show without notification, then you won’t be able to have any standing appointments. If you cancel outside of the time frame, a $25 booking fee will be charged to the card on file. This will be applied to your appointment when you check out but not carried over for each consecutive reschedule. I hope this is a little kinder and gentler way to lead to open communication!
