CANCELLATION POLICY
!ALL DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE! ALL APPOINTMENTS REQUIRE A VALID CARD ON FILE! NO CARD, NO APPOINTMENT-NO EXCEPTIONS! ⚡ Appointment Policies Late Arrivals If you’re running 15+ minutes behind, shoot me a text. I’ll do my best to accommodate you based on my schedule. Your appointment may need to be adjusted, and if I can’t fit you in, it’ll count as a late cancellation. If I’m running late, I’ll honor your time with a token of appreciation for your flexibility. Cancellations Need to cancel? I require: • 24 hours’ notice for appointments 2 hours or less • 72 hours’ notice for appointments over 2 hours Late cancellations will be charged 25% of the service cost or $25—whichever is greater. Rescheduling Reschedules must follow the cancellation rules above. After 2 reschedules of the same appointment, a $25 deposit is required to rebook. It’ll be applied to your service. If you reschedule again, the deposit is forfeited and a new one will be needed. No-Shows If you ghost me without notice, you’ll be charged 75% of the service cost or $50—whichever is greater. You’ll lose standing appointment privileges until you complete 3 consecutive appointments. Ghost me twice, and we’re done.
